TANI POINTS

To check your Tani points, simply log in to your Tani account and click the Tani Rewards button in the lower right corner of the website. Once opened, you can see your available points in the upper right corner of the pop-up window.

Please note that points cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or vouchers.

To use, simply log in to your Tani account and click the Tani Rewards button in the lower right corner of the website. Then, click Redeem Points and choose from the list of Rewards based on your available points. Finally, click Apply to Checkout, and this will be added automatically at the checkout.

Shipping/Returns

No, unfortunately once your order has been confirmed online it can’t be altered.

No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

The delivery time varies based on whether you select express or standard shipping and where you are sending to. We use Australia Post as our delivery carrier.

Tani Australia ships worldwide. Please be aware packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia.

We do our best to ensure a quick and smooth delivery with our international freight partners, however we don’t take any responsibility for delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries. If you are unsure of the charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

You may initiate returns for products (excepts UNDERWEAR and SALE items) for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. The product should not have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any manner.

Please send the garment/s back to our Melbourne office along with the invoice indicating the returned items to:

Product Information

We are using Micro Modal fabric. The composition is 96% Micro modal air and 4% Lycra (Elastane). The fabric is derived from certified, responsibly managed wood source, Air fibre is of botanic origin, sustainably produced and designed for long lasting softness.

Our entire Women’s Collection is made from TENCEL™ Micro Modal Air, which consists of 100% natural fibres derived from Austrian beech wood. The botanic origin of the fibres means that our products are biodegradable and compostable. This eco-friendly fabric is breathable, lightweight and unfavourable for bacterial growth. 

We use only Lenzing TENCEL™ fibres as they are the industry leader in sustainable production, leading to less energy usage and water pollution.

Tani Australia was launched in 2004 by husband and wife duo Paul and Lisa. With over 25 years of design experience in the fashion industry, Tani Australia has evolved from purely underwear base pieces to an extensive collection of ongoing, outwear basic styles. Over 95% of styles on the Tani Australia site are designed in St Kilda, Melbourne for our fabulous  diverse market. We work closely in collaboration with our Hong Kong based Tani Family to continually evolve with leading fabric suppliers and create new global designs.

No, all of our dresses do not have pockets.

Our current and past collections over 15 years are quite extensive, so many styles have been deleted or reinvented with better features.

We are happy to direct you to our new styles based on your favourite or check on our website for updates.

The Micro Modal Air thread we use is finer than silk, therefore we strongly advise to take special care of your Tani favourites. By following the steps below, you can enjoy that famous soft Tani feeling for longer.

- Cold/warm wash with similar colours
- Gentle hand wash cycle
- Air dry flat 
- Iron or steam inside out on low to medium heat

The pressure marks on the item are caused by folding and packaging. We recommend steaming and/or ironing the item. Also, while ironing, please iron individual layers rather than multiple layers, and these marks will come out.
