Returns Policy
At Tani Australia, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns guidelines below.
What Is Eligible for Return?
Full-Priced Items
- Refunds are available on full-priced items only.
- Returns must be lodged within 10 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items
- There are no returns for change of mind on sale items.
- If approved, we offer a credit voucher only, and the return must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Clearance items are final sale (see below).
Faulty Items
If you believe your garment is faulty, please email support@taniaustralia.com with a clear photo of the fault along with a brief description of the issue. Our team will carefully assess your claim, and if the garment is deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be returned in their original condition
- Be neatly folded
- Include all original packaging
- Have Tani tags attached
- Not be worn, washed, altered or damaged
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Tani.
- We cannot be responsible for goods damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured postage service.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
- Items purchased online at www.taniaustralia.com.au cannot be returned to Tani’s independent stockists.
Clearance Sale Terms & Conditions
- All clearance sales are final.
- No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is deemed faulty.
- Clearance items are sold as-is, with all relevant details outlined in the product description.
- Prices are as marked. No additional discounts or promotional codes apply.
- Sale prices cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made outside the sale period.
- During sale periods, order processing and response times may be longer due to high demand.
We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before purchasing clearance items.
How to Return Your Item
You can return your order using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Online Return Portal
For the easiest return experience, lodge your return via our Australia Post portal:

Simply:
- Submit your return request online.
- Follow the prompts to generate your return.
- Print your label (if required).
- Drop your parcel at your nearest Australia Post office.
Option 2: Manual Return
- Fill out the form that was included in your parcel or download it here.
- Place the completed form inside your parcel.
- Send the parcel to the address listed on the form.
- Once received, we will contact you via email to confirm and process your refund or store credit.
