We want you to love all of your Tani pieces. If you find an item is not quite right we will happily offer:
1. Credit voucher on sale and full priced items, or
2. Refund on full priced items only
1. Items must be returned in their original condition, with Tani tags attached, including all packaging.
2. Returns must be sent within 30 days from receipt of items.
3. If you purchase in the month of December, we extend these returns to within 60 days from receipt of items.
4. We do not accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.
5. You as the purchaser are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Tani. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. Tani recommends using a postage method which insures items in transit.
6. Any refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note: The refund can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
7. Any item purchased online at www.taniaustralia.com.au cannot be returned to one of Tani's independent stockists.
