Returns are accepted:

If items are in original condition, with Tani tags attached and packaging included.
We do not accept returns for underwear for hygiene reasons.
Only fully priced items are eligible for refunds.

Do your garments shrink or lose shape?

Not when cared for properly.

Our garments are designed to retain their shape and feel wash after wash. We recommend a cold gentle hand wash and air drying to maintain longevity.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. The delivery time varies based on whether you select express or standard shipping and where you are sending.
